Dancing Stones Code Of Conduct Empty
PostSubject: Dancing Stones Code Of Conduct   Dancing Stones Code Of Conduct EmptyThu Aug 30, 2012 11:17 pm

Here at Dancing Stones we have a few things we do and believe in, here we will explain these beliefs in detail.

---

----When facing a trespassing wolf DSP members are expected to judge the situation accordingly, if the wolf shows no sign of pure aggression approach it with a calm, cautious, and friendly manner. These trespassing wolves could be potential members we do not want to frighten them away, we are a pack that welcomes all who are willing to obey our rules. if a wolf proves to be aggressive try to handle the situation calmly, call for aid if you need. Keeping a cool head in a heated situation can save your skin in more ways then one, never confront a group of wolves on your own. When a wolf is interested in joining call a Ruby they will be with you momentarily to assess this new potential pack-mate.

----Treat others the way you want to be treated, this means if you do not want a wolf to snarls and growl at you every time they lay eyes on you don't do it to them! Always respect Rubies and Jades, they are your leaders and although member's input and ideas are always welcome and encouraged when they make a final decision, it is law. To get respect one must give some as well and the high ranking wolves understand this and will treat you accordingly.

-----Rayen being the wolf she is always allows a way for a wolf to get out of a contract without feeling they are betraying it or tarnishing their honor, if for any reason you feel an order given by a high ranking wolf is unnecessary or unorthodox you can question it. (Rayen would never go into battle without explaining the risks). For an example if Rayen says a certain mission will be very dangerous and some wolves may not return, then asks you to carry out this mission you should follow it feel free to ask if you can sit that mission out, if she suddenly tells you to jump into a volcano you can flat out say no. (if you do jump into the volcano well, you took our leader way to seriously)

----Share your opinions and ideas, Rubies and Jades will not know if they are being a good high ranked wolf or know what the right decision always is if the pack-mates don't share their advice and concerns. A leader is nothing without the pack, do your part and help us make sure it is a pack all want to be apart of.

----Members are expected to be honest (Past experiences before the pack or very persona info can be kept secret so long as it does not put the pack in danger), DSp members are also expect to do their best to get along, to lift each other up when they are down, and to just be a friendly bunch of wolves. This is obviously an idealistic idea, not everyone is so perfect we will all push everyone's buttons now and again. But we expect you to put differences aside and help your pack or pack-mate when it all really counts.

Specific Rules For Rubies and Jades

---Treat everyone with respect, the first rules applies to Rubies and Jades especially, lead by example and treat your members how you wish to be treated. Be kind, patient, and respectful, but be firm and ready to discipline- according to the crime - a member when they do wrong. Tell them plainly but maturely what they have done wrong, do not beat around the bush for this can sometimes confuse the member more.

----Never ask of the pack what you yourself wouldn't do, I'll use the volcano again would you jump into that boiling vat of molten lava? No, then why are you asking our members to do it? If you think you have any right to tell a member such things, you should be kicked into that very volcano.

----All the above rules are also applied to a Ruby and Jade, follow them and lead by example.
