Information on the pack's ranks and it's members.
Alphas
Alphas are the leaders of the pack. It is their job to guide the pack and make decisions. Alphas need to be focused and clear headed, they need to be willing to listen to every side, and to forget their own feelings for the sake of the pack. It's not an easy job, and every alpha makes mistakes.

Advisors
They are the Alpha's most trusted members. They provide the Alpha's with advice in times of need, and will take care of leading when the Alpha's aren't there. There can be up to three Advisors, with the Highest Advisor taking over when the alpha dies or steps down. Advisors will perform both the duties of their former rank and the duties of an Advisor.

Subordinates
Subordinates are the main providers of the pack, and they are assigned a variety of tasks- hunting, patrolling and defending borders, teaching Juveniles, and protecting the pack from enemies are just a few of their duties. A Subordinate needs to be physically fit and have an unwavering loyalty to the pack.

Vagaries
The pack's personal set of ninjas. Vagaries travel far and wide, collecting information on prey migration, rival packs, and anything of the sort. Then, they return to the pack and share their information. Vagaries are often away for days at a time, so they need to be able to fend for themselves, and should be adept at stalking and traveling for long distances.

Caretakers
These wolves are given the job of babysitting pups, watching over the sick and injured, and tending to the elderly. Basically, they care for those who cannot care for themselves. They need to have a tender, motherly personality and lots of patience for dealing with pups and stubborn elders. They also make for great storytellers!
Of course, caretakers should also know how to hold their own in a fight, just in case.

Juveniles
Juveniles are wolves at the age of six months who are finally big enough to leave the safety of the den and the caretakers and follow the adults on hunts and patrols. If an apprentice wishes to be a vagari, healer or caretaker they will learn from those wolves as well.
Juveniles-
Pups
Pups are young wolves under the age of six months. During this time, they will stay near the main den, supervised by caretakers. They can still learn at this young age, however, and are taught basic skills through play fighting, play hunting, and stories of the world. At the age of six months, they become juveniles and can accompany the adults on hunts and patrols.
Pups-
Omegas
Omegas are wolves who have either failed their duties as a pack member, broken the rules, or betrayed the pack's trust. They are temporarily placed in this rank as punishment until they can re-earn their old rank. Omegas are tasked with chores such as den cleaning and aiding healers and caretakers. However, despite omegas being a low rank, they still deserve their respect.
